Our new Passport TrailSport Touring arrived exactly as ordered. The six-month wait was worth it and not the dealer’s fault. Shayla kept us updated throughout, even following up on a Sunday, and will be handling our after-sales support.
The sales agent did a thorough delivery walkthrough, the sales manager handled the trade-in smoothly, and the finance manager was excellent—no pressure at all.
We chose the Passport for the naturally aspirated V6—no turbo, no premium fuel, and 5,000-lb towing. Many Toyota hybrid options involved up to a two-year wait and higher costs, which didn’t make sense for our mostly highway driving. Great experience overall.
